Please read the following carefully. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions as detailed below:

Placing Orders with Artbazaaronline.com

Orders can be placed via this website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or by telephone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.When an order is placed you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.When you place your Order online you will be sent an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. In the unusual event that we are not able to meet your order, or that the items ordered are out of stock, we will contact you promptly by telephone or e-mail. If the Product is available and the details of the Order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will confirm the price of the Products purchased.   

For your records, please print and retain a copy of the transaction receipt that will be sent to you via email.

Please be aware that it is the customers responsibilty to supply the correct delivery address on placing their order. Artbazaaronline.com cannot be held responsible for the loss of orders due to incorrect delivery addresses being submitted. Please check your order confirmation email as soon as you receive it to make sure your address details are correct. In the event of a mistake, please contact us 0208 6850010 immediately.

At our discretion deliveries can be made to third party addresses or unsecure locations upon request, entirely at the customer's risk. Whilst all reasonable care is taken, Artbazaaronline.com cannot be held responsible for lost goods delivered in these circumstances.

Artbazaaronline.com has the right to cancel any sale if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. 

If you place your order, and for whatever reason change your mind and wish to cancel straight away, please notify us as soon as possible by email (info@artbazaaronline.com) or by telephone, to ensure your order is not dispatched.  


You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify. For more information about our delivery charges click here.  

All prices are inclusive of VAT.  

Prices quoted on artbazaaronline.com  are in UK pounds (£ Sterling). If you are ordering from outside the UK your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK pounds and Artbazaaronline.com  cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations. Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.  


Payment for your Order must be received before it is dispatched.  

Please note we only accept payment in £GBP Sterling.

Purchases will appear on your statement as Artbazaaronline.com.

To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.  

Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the Order.   


Artbazaaronline.com is kept as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that a particular Product will always be available. If we can't supply a Product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.

All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your Order. If this happens, you may cancel your Order and we will refund you the money you have paid.

Marketing Communications

If you have used the Artbazaaronline.com web site before or have Ordered Products from us before it is possible that we have some information already and it is being used to contact you about offers, events, items or related activities that you may find useful. If you are an existing customer we will continue to keep you informed unless you tell us not to.

If you are a new customer we will give you the choice (once you have placed an Order) whether or not you want us to contact you about future offers, events and new Products or related activities that you may find useful. We will not bombard you with emails, but we'd like to keep you informed of any changes at Artbazaaronline.com.

We will not send you any marketing emails unless you give us your consent, or unless we have it already.We respect your privacy and will not give your details to any third party organisation, except in order to facilitate delivery of your orders.

Refunds and Returns

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Unwanted Products

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 30 days, with the despatch note, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding P&P). Please note - it is the responsibility of the customer to take reasonable care of the product(s) during this period, and to return them in an unused state.

We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days of the cancellation and you will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.

Faulty Products

If a Product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate,if you return the product to us at the postal address below within 30 days of receipt

In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. 

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products

Please contact us by email at info@artbazaaronline.com to inform us of your wish to return Products. We may allocate you with a Returns Code which should be included with the package to improve processing of your return.

You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us so please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and return to the address below.

Transit Damaged Goods

In order to comply fully with our carrier's terms of insurance, notification of goods damaged in transit must be made by telephone, fax or e-mail within three days of receipt. Click here for contact details.  

Guarantee and Limitation of Liability

Artbazaaronline.com shall only be liable to the customer for any faulty goods and that liability is restricted to, at our option, the replacement of the faulty goods or the refund of their purchase price. Discount Art shall not be liable for any consequential losses whatsoever.
